Breaking Through the Noise: How to Effectively Communicate the Impact of Resilience
Networking EventsRoom 408
- 100 Resilient Cities – Pioneered by The Rockefeller Foundation
As a city leader or urban practitioner, communicating the goals and methods behind your work is absolutely critical to building support. Resilience as a concept can be difficult to convey, despite its power as a practice which can make a city stronger in both good times and bad. In this session, 100 Resilient Cities – Pioneered by The Rockefeller Foundation, will discuss best practices for communicating resilience and lead a workshop to help attendees practice this important skill and connect participants with our Network mayors, resilience practitioners, and with members of the media who cover metropolitan issues for global and local outlets.
